Introduction 

NCPDF works with member districts to provide support through grant opportunities that coincide with district goals and initiatives. 
NCPDF shares outcomes of the Advanced Placement Incentive Program grant, which provided three million dollars to participating 
districts for staff development to support success in rigorous curriculum for all districts. Currently, NCPDF is working in partnership 
with CSUSM in the Developing Reading Education through Arts Methods (DREAM) grant to support reading instruction for third and 
fourth grade teachers. This grant will provide one million dollars to participating schools. Additionally, we are working to support 
the efforts of the Perspectives on American Experience, a U.S. History grant with SDCOE.
